Dispatch Timeline
All orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
During launches, sales, festive periods, or high order volume days, dispatch may occasionally take slightly longer, but we always try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Delhi/NCR Orders: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days
- Outside Delhi Orders: Usually delivered within 4–7 business days
- Certain remote locations, especially in parts of South India, North-East India, and rural areas, may take up to 10 business days depending on courier service availability.

Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Customers are kindly requested to enter the correct:

- Phone number
- PIN code
In case the parcel is returned back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts from the customer’s side, the reshipping charges will need to be paid again for re-dispatching the parcel.
